Executive leadership
Paceline is led by an experienced and accomplished leadership team.
Chris Abraham serves as chief executive officer of Paceline Companies, where he leads the organization’s next phase of growth as a national platform for automotive detailing and reconditioning services.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership in automotive services, Chris brings a proven track record of scaling multi-location organizations through disciplined operations, strategic expansion, and strong cultural leadership. At Paceline Companies, he is focused on building a scalable national infrastructure while remaining closely connected to the operational realities and evolving needs of dealership partners.
Prior to joining Paceline Companies, Chris served as chief executive officer of Service King Collision Repair Centers, where he led one of the largest multi-location collision repair organizations in the United States. His experience includes building high-performing national operating teams, developing strong OEM and insurance partnerships, and successfully navigating complex private equity growth environments.
Chris is committed to strengthening Paceline Companies’ position as a trusted partner to automotive retailers, helping dealerships improve speed-to-market, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver consistently elevated customer experience through best-in-class detailing and reconditioning services.
Travis Trott serves as chief financial officer of Paceline Companies, bringing deep expertise in scaling multi-site, private equity–backed distribution and automotive aftermarket businesses.
Over his career, Travis has helped transform regional operators into national platforms. He spent nearly two decades with FinishMaster, serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer, where he supported more than $300 million in acquisitions and drove substantial revenue and EBITDA growth. His experience also includes CFO and senior leadership roles with Echo Engineering, MEDCO (owned by One Equity Partners), and Axalta Coating Systems, where he led large-scale operational, margin, and infrastructure initiatives.
Travis brings a hands-on, data-driven approach to financial leadership, working closely with operations and executive teams to improve profitability, optimize working capital, and build scalable systems. He holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a CPA background that reinforces his disciplined, governance-focused approach to financial management.
Heath Mayor serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Paceline Companies, where he leads national growth strategy, revenue optimization, and strategic partnerships across the portfolio.
Prior to his role at Paceline, Heath founded OnSite Dealer Solutions, building it into a nationwide provider of automotive outsourcing and make-ready labor solutions. Under his leadership, OnSite scaled into a trusted partner for dealerships across the country, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, speed to market, and workforce performance.
At Paceline Companies, Heath applies a performance-driven, execution-focused approach to identifying growth opportunities, forging enterprise partnerships, and aligning teams around shared revenue goals. A University of Kansas graduate, he brings the entrepreneurial instincts of a founder with the strategic instincts of a seasoned executive.
Marsha Clark serves as controller for Paceline Companies, bringing nearly 20 years of accounting and finance experience across high-growth organizations, private equity–backed companies, and public accounting firms.
Prior to joining Paceline Companies, Marsha held leadership roles including market controller at Platinum Dermatology Partners and assistant controller and senior accounting manager at AEG Vision. During her time at AEG Vision, she helped scale the accounting department while supporting significant company growth, multiple acquisitions, and expanding operations across numerous states and entities.
Originally from West Texas, Marsha earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Texas Tech University. She was drawn to Paceline Companies by its leadership team, strong growth trajectory, and focus on practical solutions that support dealerships.
Bryan Hohne serves as Chief Human Resource Officer at Paceline Companies, bringing more than two decades of executive-level HR leadership across high-growth, multi-location organizations in retail, finance, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Paceline, Bryan served as CHRO at TrailersPlus and J.D. Byrider, delivering transformational results in turnover reduction, talent acquisition, compensation design, and operational efficiency across organizations with hundreds of locations and thousands of employees.
At Paceline Companies, Bryan leads all people strategy initiatives with a focus on building scalable HR infrastructure, innovative incentive plans, and leadership development at every level. He is an active voice in the HR community, having spoken at national forums and contributed to associations including SHRM and the AFSA Human Resources Committee.
