1. Our Commitment

Paceline Companies is committed to making its website accessible to and usable by people of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies. 2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Paceline Companies website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. While we strive to meet this standard across the entire site, some content or functionality may not yet be fully conformant. • Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and interactive elements
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
• Form field labels associated with their inputs and clear error messages
• ARIA attributes used where they enhance accessibility for assistive technology
• A responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels
• No content that flashes more than three times per second
• A self-hosted, legible variable font with a clear character set

4. Compatibility With Assistive Technology

The site is designed to be compatible with the following recent-version combinations of browsers and assistive technologies:

• Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge with NVDA on Windows
• Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox with JAWS on Windows
• Safari with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
• Google Chrome with TalkBack on Android

We test against the latest stable versions of these tools and aim to support older versions to a reasonable degree. The site is built using HTML5, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript and relies on these technologies for conformance.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Some embedded third-party content (such as social media feeds, video players, or maps) may not meet the same level of accessibility because we do not control how those services are built. Where possible, we provide alternatives or text descriptions.
• Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate or replace these documents over time. If you encounter a PDF you cannot use, please contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.
• Decorative images and icons that do not convey meaning are intentionally hidden from assistive technology to reduce noise during screen-reader navigation.

6. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We integrate accessibility into our design and development workflow, perform periodic reviews using both automated and manual testing methods, and incorporate user feedback. When we identify barriers, we work to resolve them as soon as is reasonably practical.
